Local Maple Syrup!
As the only licensed commercial producer of maple syrup in Montana, I am proud to be able to offer you a unique taste of Missoula. I also believe that I am the only maple syrup producer in the world that sources their sap from the confines of an urban forest. Through long-lasting, rewarding and mutually beneficial relationships, I am able to operate a small sustainable sugar-making operation. With a touch of ingenuity, a lot of history, a ton of YouTube videos and calls to various sugar makers and sugaring equipment manufacturers, I have proudly put together an operation with three “sugar shacks.” Outside, over wood, I have a 2'x6' continuous flow pan where I boil down the bulk of my sap which comes from the Norway maples. In my driveway I have two “hobby sized” evaporators where I boil silver, sugar or box elder sap. Inside my converted garage is a wonderful radiant heated space that doubles as my small sugar shack with a 2'x4' flat pan over gas and the processing area where all the filtering and bottling happens.

Silver Maple Syrup
An amazing syrup that develops flavors on your palate akin to wine. With a delicious mildly spicy hint, it makes for an awesome accompaniment to your pancakes!

Sugar Maple Syrup
The bread and butter, the old reliable! With hints of vanilla and a rich buttery finish, you cannot go wrong with this one.

Box Elder Syrup
Box elder, also know as the Manitoba maple, produces a light colored syrup with cooked sugar flavors and notes of marshmallow.

Norway maple syrup
Norway maple syrup is always darker in color and more dynamic in flavor! The syrup starts out with brown sugar flavors that are accompanied by butterscotch notes. As the season progresses the syrup gains more of a caramel flavor with stone fruit notes. Featured Item
